What In Good Standing is — and isn't

In Good Standing organizes and tracks continuing education requirements published by licensing boards, and recommends courses that may satisfy them. It is an independent tool: we are not affiliated with any licensing board, and your licensing board is always the final authority on your license. Requirements change, and while we work to keep our information current, you are responsible for verifying requirements with your board before relying on them. Nothing on this site is legal, clinical, or professional advice.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (including license details and completed hours) and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to use the service.

Courses and providers

Courses are provided by third-party providers, not by us. Purchases, refunds, content quality, and certificates are between you and the provider. Some outbound provider links may be affiliate links — see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — no scraping at abusive volumes, attempting to access other users' data, or using the service to violate any law or board rule.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any consequence of a missed deadline or unmet requirement — the reminders and tracking are aids, not guarantees.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. If you keep using the service after a change, that's acceptance of the new terms.
